3. SUBJECT
This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in the framework of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation concerning the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website. Prices announced on the site are sales prices and are valid until updated.

5. BUYER INFORMATION
The name, surname, delivery address, phone, and email information entered by the BUYER in the order form are valid.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
6.1. The main characteristics of the products (type, color, size, quantity) are published on the SELLER's website.
6.2. The prices announced on the site include VAT and are valid until updated.
6.3. The total sales price, shipping fee, and payment information are available on the order confirmation page.
6.4. The shipping fee is covered by the BUYER and is specified on the order confirmation page. Any free shipping campaigns are separately announced on the site.
7. INVOICE INFORMATION
The invoice is delivered with the product during order delivery or sent electronically. Corporate invoice requests must be specified during the order.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY, PERSONAL DATA, AND SECURITY
8.1. Necessary technical measures have been taken to ensure the security of the information entered by the BUYER on the site.
8.2. Personal data shared by the BUYER will be processed for order processing, delivery, customer service, and compliance with legal obligations.
8.3. The BUYER has the right to object to the processing of personal data. Requests sent to info@cuciwear.co will be fulfilled within the maximum legal period.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The BUYER acknowledges having read and understood the basic characteristics of the product, its price, payment, and delivery conditions before placing an order.
9.2. The product subject to the order will be delivered within the period specified on the site, not exceeding the legal 30-day period.
9.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product complete, in accordance with the order specifications, and without defects.
9.4. If the product cannot be supplied, the SELLER will inform the BUYER in writing within 3 days from the date they learn of this situation and refund the payment within 14 days.
9.5. In case of force majeure, the SELLER will immediately inform the BUYER; in case of cancellation, the payment will be refunded within 14 days.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
10.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product.
10.2. The withdrawal notification must be sent in writing to info@cuciwear.co.
10.3. The returned product must be complete and unused, with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
10.4. The SELLER will refund the payment within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
10.5. The return shipping fee is covered by the BUYER.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Used, washed, or tag-removed products; underwear products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons (packaging opened); personalized products.
