CUCIX is a company registered in the Republic of Türkiye. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made by customers outside Turkey, including Northern Cyprus (KKTC).
2. CONTRACT FORMATION
By placing an order on cuciwear.com you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and will provide a full refund in such cases.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
3.1. All prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is placed.
3.3. We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions; however, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
3.4. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilling an order.
4. PAYMENT
We accept payment via the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. Card details are processed securely by our payment provider and are not stored by CUCIX.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. Orders are dispatched within the timeframe displayed on the product page or at checkout.
5.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.3. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5.4. If goods are not delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
6. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at info@cuciwear.co before the 14-day period expires. Return the goods within 14 days of cancellation notice. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
We will issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Sealed hygiene items (e.g. underwear) where the seal has been broken
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had their labels removed
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective.
9. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at info@cuciwear.co within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including images, text, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to CUCIX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, CUCIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and consumer arbitration boards of Türkiye.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
